MedLeads began operations in August of 1999 when company president Francie Turgeon accepted a marketing project for a medical manufacturing company. Her success at reaching key decision makers in hospitals was so impressive that the company gave her further projects. She began to expand and build a staff to assist in generating a steady flow of sales leads for her client. Over the next three years, Francie received inquiries from other companies, and her business took off. MedLeads has trained an exceptional staff and has developed unique software for reporting sales leads to clients. In the last two years MedLeads has honed its business to become a unique and vital link between medical manufacturing companies and their potential clients.

Francie's background is in communications and sales. Her Project Administrator, Barry Armstrong, has many years experience in sales, marketing and communication. Her staff of trained Lead Specialists, situated across the country, have backgrounds in customer service, medical care, and marketing. All MedLeads Lead Specialists are hand picked for their friendly yet professional demeanor, as well as their ability to communicate effectively with hospital and medical office directors and practitioners. MedLeads also enlists input from consultants in high executive positions throughout the medical manufacturing field.
